| Responsibilities: |

Secure that all products are displayed according to the merchandising basics during all opening hours.

To plan, execute and organise marketing activities related to the commercial calendar.

Set goals, follow up and coach the performacne of all memebers of the retail outlet team.

Ensure efficient operations of AINO Cafe to enhance co-worker and visitor experinence.

Accountable for sales budget and gross margin as well as customer satisfaction goals
-
Responsible for all operating costs related to your outlet and steer the performance in your outlet towards maximised sales and optimised long term profit.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the local home furnishings market(eg customer, trends and competition) and regularly conduct competitors analysis

| Requirements: |
- Must have minimum 9 years of experience in the retail management experience.
- Possesses a strategic, analytical and tactical mindset
- Strong enthusiasm and interest and knowledge of kitchen and accessories
- Ability to influence impulse sales and importance of a strong visual merchandising.
- Genuine interest in retail, friendly and enjoy working in a fast pace environment.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Must have highly developed networking skills.
