Our client is an established MNC in food industry with offices worldwide. Currently they are inviting dynamic candidates to apply for the Compensation & Benefits Manager position: |
| Responsibilities: |
- Monitors and evaluates the company's benefits program.
- Prepares the Job descriptions, conduct job evaluation and salary survey, established salary structures, develop salary budgets and prepare policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation.
- Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices. Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation related problems. Review requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignement,
- Monitors and evaluates the company benefits programs including insurance program, retirement plans, sick leave, time off and vacation.

| Requirements: |
- Must have at least 5 years of compensation and benefits related experience.
- Familiar with flexi benefits
- Knowledge of SAP
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Self starter and team player
- Meticulous, organized, proactive, resourceful and results oriented
