Our client is in the Insurance sector and urgently looking for potential candidates for the Senior Manager, Operations & Methods position: |
| Responsibilities: |
- Develop and implement operations strategy and ensure service standards ser are met or exceeded.
- Lead and manage the team to ensure Service Level Agreements SLAs are met from regulatory and company perspective
- Set operational goals, service and compliance standards and performance indicators
- Project manages process improvement developments and reengineering activities.
- Resolve complex customer issues/ feedback escalated by team leaders and policyholders and monitor complaint logs. Work closely with various departments to ensure customers complaints are kept to minimal.
- Perform quality control on outputs. Identify performance and quality gaps and implement workable solutions or training initiatives to address them.

| Requirements: |
- Candidate should possess tertiary qualification or Diploma in Business Studies/ Finance/ Administrative Management or Professional qualification in Insurance related studies(ACII/AMII/DMII)
- Preferably with min 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in general insurance operations.
- Candidate with 6 to 8 years experience in a customer service environment in a team lead role are encourage to apply.
- Technical background in the general insurance industry is essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to relate at different levels.
- Effective in verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to multi task and project manage various projects and campaigns.
