| Responsibilities: |
- Responsible to lead, supervise and coordinate the efforts of a group of sales personnel under his responsibilities.
- To maintain personal contacts with Key Wholesalers, Outlets and Customers and assist team in building profitable volume channels or outlets.
- Recommend sales plans for exploiting all markets and channels under his jurisdiction and to ensure that all approved plans are known and executed by his team.
- To ensure all performance standards are communicated and review performance on a regular basis.
- Monitor and control levels of credit for wholesalers.
- To achieve the sales target set for all brands in assigned channels and outlets.
- To brief the Senior RSM on sales activities, performance against target and any other developments in the market which could influence sales.
- To feedback on all competitors activities in their respective districts or channels.

| Requirements: |
- Min 8 to 10 years related working experience in sales capacity in an international, fast moving consumer goods companies.
- Good financial knowledge and analysis.
- Strong integrity and good leadership.
