Channel Sales Manager (Central region)

Description: A leading luxury brand MNC with offices worldwide is urgently looking for a Channel Sales Manager:(FMCG / Retail)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to lead, supervise and coordinate the efforts of a group of sales personnel under his responsibilities.
  • To maintain personal contacts with Key Wholesalers, Outlets and Customers and assist team in building profitable volume channels or outlets.
  • Recommend sales plans for exploiting all markets and channels under his jurisdiction and to ensure that all approved plans are known and executed by his team.
  • To ensure all performance standards are communicated and review performance on a regular basis.
  • Monitor and control levels of credit for wholesalers.
  • To achieve the sales target set for all brands in assigned channels and outlets.
  • To brief the Senior RSM on sales activities, performance against target and any other developments in the market which could influence sales.
  • To feedback on all competitors activities in their respective districts or channels.

 

 

 

 

Requirements:
  • Min 8 to 10 years related working experience in sales capacity in an international, fast moving consumer goods companies.
  • Good financial knowledge and analysis.
  • Strong integrity and good leadership.
