Public Relations Manager

• To manage relationships with targeted media outlets
• To support Company media spokespeople
• To proactively develop buzz worthy news and PR angles for media releases
• To understand our proposition and develop messaging
• To do all Company copywriting, proofreading and editing
• To develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of key industries (search and web industry, hotel/motel industry, airlines) and associated media outlets
• To contribute to brand value development, brand guideline and be a brand ambassador role modeling the Company’s Values

• At least 3 years working experience in a similar position

• Possess a Degree in Business Studies, Sales & Marketing or Mass Communication

• Must possess strong media contacts at sub-Editor/Editor level

• Possess strong drive to succeed with determination and initiative to achieve excellent results in a challenging but rewarding environment

• Excellent command of both verbal and written English Language and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
