• To plan, develop, execute and coordination of HR related activities for the Group in the following areas:
   Performance Management
   Organisational Performance/Employee Relations
   Manpower Planning
   Recruitment, Placement & Separation
   Training & Development
• Participate in planning and execution of key HR initiatives and programmes
• Develop and execute strategies, programmes, policies, procedures
• Monitor and ensure compliance to HR policies and procedures 
• Prepare reports/analysis for submission to management
  

• Degree in Human Resource Management, social sciences or other related discipline
• About 5-10 years relevant experience in HR management
• Good understanding of general principles of HR management 
• Well versed with Malaysian Labor Laws and Human Resource Relations 
• Computer literate – knowledge in basic office applications
• Experienced with HR & Payroll System would be an added advantage
