Our client is a prominent large local company as the secured payment services provider to financial institutions who is looking for a suitable talent to fill in the following position. Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the formulation, monitoring and execution of administration-related policies, procedures, programs.
  • Develop yearly administration-related budget, taking into consideration all capital expenditure for purchases and repairs. 
  • Monitor and ensure timely processing and payment of office supplies and capital expenditure within approved guidelines. 
  • Manage administrative resources and ensure that activities are conducted on a timely, effective and efficient manner. 
  • Ensure maintenance of office capital items and premises – servicing and defect rectification. 
  • Conduct activities relating to insurance coverage for all Company assets, including renewal/cancellation of insurance policies
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Social Science or related discipline.
  • About 8-10 years experience in managing Office Administration and/or Building Management.
  • Good understanding of internal policies and procedures 
  • Well versed in Office Administration-related concepts and principals 
  • Ability to build relationship at all levels within the Group 
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate and multi-task with minimum supervision
