| Responsibilities: |
Plan, direct and manage the Technical/Lab/R&D to provide technical expertise to support the growing needs of the company.

Oversee the company's quality and regulatory programmes to ensure that the company meets established standards which are pre-requisites for the industries the company serve.

Supervise and provide training on quality management, laboratory procedures and protocols.

Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing and Customers to understand and ensure customers’ needs are met consistently with high quality.

Manage expenses, capital budgets and resource allocation in the group consistent with corporate and R&D objectives.

Responsible for all compliance matters for the product, raw materials as well as root cause analysis of customer related complaints.

| Requirements: |
-
Minimum a B.S. Degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Chemistry/Biological Science/other related discipline with a minimum of 10 years experience in the Food/Food Ingredients/Pharmaceutical Industry.

A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Leadership qualities along with supervisory experience.

A person with a thirst for knowledge with the ability to turn this knowledge into skills and technical competency for continuous improvement in the company process and products.

A highly self-motivated, open minded and pro-active individual.
