| Responsibilities: |

Provide leadership, direction and priorities to the organization to improve the QRESH effectiveness in supporting the plant in achieving the standards and expectations.

Provide clear direction and secure discussions in the QRESH function regarding policy issues within the management team.

Effectively communicate performance goals, objectives, stabndards and expectations to ensure understanding and committment to them at all levels.

Cultivate decision making and teamwork through open and honest communications, constructive feedback, empowernment, positive performance reinforcement and healthy relationship based on mutual trust, respect and personal dignity of every employee.

Develop a unified, striving and pro-active quality organization.

Lead and develop the working environment and secure that internal as well as legislative rules are followed.

| Requirements: |
- Minimum 8 years to 10 years of experience in a similar function or quality assurance.
- Degree in Engineering
- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of ISO and GMP standards.
