Sales Training Manager

Our client is a MNC in the pharmaceutical industry and urgently seeking for committed and dynamic talent.

• Plan, facilitate and coordinate all training programs related to product and disease and sales and marketing.
• Develop and implement post course solutions to maximize transfer of learning to workplace.
• Observe line trainers during programs implementation and provide support if necessary
• Work with BU head to diagnose development needs to design and deliver targeted programs.
• Coach and develop line managers with relevant interventions to optimize learner engagement and transfer of learning.

Must have relevant industry experience and knowledge.

Min 8 years experience in training within the pharmaceutical, healthcare industry.
