| Responsibilities: |

Develop below the line campaign, concepts and action plans through effectively leveraging resources of agencies, regional sales, consumer research and brand companies.

Develop and strategize a detailed marketing action plan with objective to identify key brands and strategic path.

Develop effective, innovative and high impact marketing programs to support sales development.

Lead a team with company values and ethic codes through team building activities, tream meeting or one to one education/ coaching on company policies.

| Requirements: |

Degree in Business, Marketign or equivalent.
-
Min 8 years solid experience in brand marketing preferably with a MNC, FMCG or related fields

Knowledge of legal, taxation regulation & compliance issues
